Job summary

Experience is seeking an experienced Rigging/Lifting Engineer to lead lifting activities on oil & gas construction projects. The role requires extensive knowledge of lifting plans, crane selection, rigging accessories, load calculations and safety standards.

The candidate should have 12+ years in Oil & Gas and 8+ years in the GCC, with proven client approvals as Rigging/Lifting Engineer or Appointed Person preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of total experience in Oil & Gas construction projects.
• 8+ years GCC experience in a similar role.
• Experience with lifting plans, risk assessments, method statements and lifting studies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review lifting plans, risk assessments and lifting studies.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, HSE and lifting teams for safe, efficient execution.
• Ensure compliance with project and client requirements.
