Job summary

QNB is seeking a Senior Manager of Offensive Cyber Security to lead red team activities, assess IT assets, and drive secure engineering practices across the bank’s information systems.

The role requires extensive experience in penetration testing, secure architecture reviews, and collaboration with IT and business units to mitigate cyber risks. Strong English and Arabic communication is essential for reporting to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering or related field; masters preferred.
• 8+ years in technical security assessments including penetration testing in banking.
• Professional offensive cybersecurity certifications mandatory.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication; reporting to management.

Responsibilities

• Lead offensive cyber security programs and red team exercises.
• Assess IT applications and infrastructure against security policies and standards.
• Engage with vendors; manage penetration testing relationships.
• Develop and enforce KPI’s for security operations and productivity.
• Coordinate with auditors and risk teams to ensure compliance.
