Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Doha is seeking a dedicated hospitality team member for a full-time position. You will respond to guest requests for special arrangements, assist with transportation, reservations, and services, and ensure guest satisfaction by coordinating with Bellstaff, Housekeeping, and other departments.

Maintain the highest standards of service and appearance, follow safety policies, and contribute to a positive, welcoming environment for all guests visiting the Ras Abu Abboud Street

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G. E. D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning).
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and maintain professional appearance.
