Job summary

VOCO Doha West Bay Suites is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to ensure superior property presentation across all areas. The role focuses on leading housekeeping teams, implementing service standards, and maintaining strong relationships with internal departments and external vendors.

The position requires prior supervisory experience in housekeeping, excellent English communication, and familiarity with hotel management systems, including OPERA, to support efficient operations on-site

Qualifications

• Experience in Qatar hotel/serviced apartment market.
• Supervisory experience in housekeeping.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficiency with hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest standard of property presentation across guest areas, restaurants, and public spaces.
• Oversee training and development for housekeeping staff and attendants.
• Monitor supplies, inventory, and procurement processes in line with SLAs.
• Lead regular staff meetings and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Guest Relations and Maintenance to address feedback and maintenance requests.
