Job summary

The Riviera Rayhaan by Rotana Doha is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the Housekeeping Manager in maintaining top-quality cleanliness and presentation across all rooms and public areas.

You will supervise and train staff, implement schedules, and coordinate with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and health and safety regulations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist the Housekeeping Manager in creating and implementing cleaning schedules, policies, and procedures.
Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they follow proper cleaning protocols and use equipment safely.
Inspect rooms and public areas regularly to ensure they meet quality standards and address any issues promptly.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and address any guest concerns related to housekeeping.
Monitor and control inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to housekeeping staff.
Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, schedules, and budgets as needed.
