Job summary

QatarEnergy seeks a Senior professional to develop, implement and continuously enhance asset management standards for non-operated assets in Qatar. This role drives QA, industry best practices and targeted training to elevate asset management capabilities across the organization.

With 15+ years in the industry, including 8+ years in asset or JV management, you will foster communities of practice and strengthen asset management expertise through structured learning programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience within the industry including 8 years in asset or JV management.
• Deep understanding of Asset Management, change management principles and systems, and prior experience with Asset Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance asset management standards, policies, processes and systems for QatarEnergy's non-operated assets.
• Drive excellence in asset management through QA, industry best practices and knowledge-sharing training initiatives.
• Build organizational capability by fostering communities of practice and strengthening asset management expertise via targeted learning programs.
