Job summary

QatarEnergy seeks a senior asset management professional to lead development and implementation of standards, policies, processes, and systems for non-operated assets in Qatar. The role drives excellence through QA, industry best practices, and targeted training programmes.

The successful candidate will strengthen organisational capability, foster communities of practice, and build asset management expertise across the business through learning and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the industry, with at least 8 years in asset or JV management.
• Strong understanding of Asset Management and change management principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset management standards, policies, processes, and systems.
• Ensure continuous enhancement of asset management practices through QA and best practices.
• Foster training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to build organisational capability.
