QAFCO (Qatar Fertiliser Company) seeks a Senior QA/QC Engineer to lead quality assurance and quality control across the fertilizer complex, ensuring compliance with international standards, company specifications, and regulatory requirements throughout the lifecycle of plant assets, materials, equipment, and construction activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Metallurgy engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Fertilizer/Petrochemical/O&G industries.
• Relevant professional certifications such as ASME Authorized Inspector, CSWIP 3.2 or AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities across all plants to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Review ITPs, quality documentation, manufacturing procedures, and witness inspections.
• Coordinate third‑party inspections and FAT/site inspections per ITP steps.
• Ensure material traceability and non‑conformity reporting for incoming goods.
