Job summary

Teyseer Services in Doha is seeking an experienced Warehouse Technician to support receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of food, beverages, and non-food items while maintaining quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, verifying deliveries against POs, managing stock records, and ensuring adherence to FIFO/FEFO and HACCP guidelines within a fast-paced catering environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience in catering, hospitality, food service, or FMCG operations.
• Experience handling dry, chilled, frozen, and fresh food products; knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and HACCP principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Receive, inspect and verify goods against orders.
• Ensure proper storage of all materials per standards (dry, chilled, frozen, non-food).
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock counts.
• Support temperature monitoring for chilled and frozen areas.
• Coordinate with procurement, operations, finance and kitchen teams to meet stock needs.
• Supervise warehouse staff in the absence of the Warehouse Supervisor.
