Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related design software.
• Excellent communication and client presentation abilities.
• Strong leadership with the ability to guide a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and ideas for advertising campaigns, branding, and digital media.
• Oversee all aspects of the design process from concept to final execution.
• Provide direction to designers, photographers, and team members for high-quality work.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and present concepts.
• Stay updated with industry trends to improve work quality.
