Job summary

JobCenter in Al-Khor, Qatar, is seeking an Art Director to lead a design team and deliver high-quality visuals across print, digital, and social media. You will translate client branding into compelling concepts, manage multiple projects, and mentor junior designers in a fast-paced agency setting.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as an Art Director, a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or Graphic Design, and fluency in English. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director in a creative agency or similar environment.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs for various mediums including print, digital, and social media.
• Excellent knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team towards success.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
