Abroad Work in Al-Khor, Qatar, seeks a talented Creative Art Director to lead visual concepting and oversee the artistic direction of multiple projects. The role requires guiding a team of designers, coordinating with marketing, production, and clients to ensure designs meet brand standards and project goals.

You will translate client ideas into compelling visuals, manage timelines, and push creative excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

A passion for design and creativity.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
A bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or a related field (preferred but not required).
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement creative concepts for various projects.
Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure their vision is accurately portrayed in the designs.
Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback when needed.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to stay ahead of the competition.
Ensure all designs meet quality standards before being presented to clients or used in production.
Work closely with other departments such as marketing and production to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
