Job summary

Work in USA is seeking an Art Director for a contract position in Qatar. The role leads the visual direction, oversees a design team, and ensures campaigns align with brand vision in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have a strong portfolio, a Bachelor's in Graphic Design, 3+ years in art direction, and fluency in English. Arabic is a plus. Salary is $1300 per month with visa sponsorship for Egyptian nationals and no housing provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Art Director or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing work as an Art Director.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts for advertising campaigns, branding, packaging, and more.
• Develop and present visual concepts to clients and obtain approval before executing.
• Manage a team of designers and provide guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Ensure designs are aligned with current industry trends and standards.
• Oversee the production process to ensure timely delivery of final products.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies, techniques, and trends in graphic design.
