Job summary

Workato in Al-Khor, Qatar is seeking an experienced Art Director for a contract role. The ideal candidate will lead visual direction across ads, websites, and branding, with a strong portfolio and English fluency. Accommodation is provided to support relocation and onboarding.

You will collaborate with clients and creative teams, manage multiple projects, and mentor junior designers while ensuring high-quality output that aligns with brand guidelines and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design principles and vision.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and creative teams to develop and execute visual concepts.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction to designers and other team members.
• Ensure that design elements are aligned with project goals and guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of work produced.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Conduct regular performance reviews for team members to ensure growth and development.
