Overview

Art Director - Contract Position (Indian Nationals Only). As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction and visual style of various projects. This is a contract position based in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar and is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and other visual materials
• Lead and direct a team of designers to ensure high-quality and timely execution of design projects
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across different mediums (print, digital, social media, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Must possess a valid biometric passport
