Keka Technologies Private Limited invites applications for Area Manager – Q-Commerce, Dark Stores. The role oversees three high‑volume dark stores with a ~100‑person team, driving flawless execution, strict stock control, and fast order processing in a 6S environment.

You will lead workforce planning, optimize shifts, and collaborate with supply chain to minimize stockouts while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency across all locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-site management in Q-Commerce, e-commerce fulfillment, or dark stores.
• Experience managing large distributed teams (50–100+ employees).
• Proficient with warehouse management systems and live-tracking dashboards.
• Excellent organization and communication under pressure; decisive when needed.
• Experience implementing 5S/6S or Lean practices.
• Willingness to travel between store locations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time fulfillment metrics across all stores and optimize picking/packing times.
• Streamline handoffs to delivery riders and reduce rider wait times.
• Audit and sustain 6S/Lean practices to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain immaculate organization and safety in fast-paced stores.
• Own end-to-end inventory health with 99.9% data accuracy.
• Collaborate with supply chain to minimize stockouts and manage inbound replenishment.
• Lead workforce planning, shifts, and labor optimization for peak demand.
• Travel between the three dark store locations.
