Job summary

Golden Studio in Doha seeks an experienced Architectural Engineer with strong project management and interior fit-out skills. You will manage projects from planning to handover, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to meet quality and schedule targets.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering, 5+ years in Doha, English communication skills, and a valid Qatar Residence Permit. Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 5+ years of proven professional experience in Doha, Qatar.
• Experience in architectural project management and interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, finishing materials, technical drawings, and site coordination.
• Proficiency in relevant architectural and project management software.
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable appearing in professional company videos and social media content.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Currently based in Qatar with a valid Qatar Residence Permit.
• Relevant Doha projects must be demonstrated in CV or portfolio.
