Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting,

or a related discipline.

• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are advantageous.

• Minimum 7-10 years of banking experience with at least 5 years in Business Analysis, Transaction Banking, Trade

Finance, Global Transaction Banking, or related functions.

• Experience in Trade Finance products including Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Supply Chain Finance,

Receivables Finance, and Structured Trade.

• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, and transformation

initiatives.

• Experience supporting revenue growth programs, product commercialization, or business development initiatives

is preferred.

• Experience in trade digitization, process automation, or technology implementation projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Trade Finance operating models and transaction banking processes.
