Trifid Media in Doha, Qatar, seeks a Social Media Specialist (Arabic speaker) for a full-time hybrid role. You will plan, create and publish Arabic content across platforms, manage calendars, and collaborate with creators and internal teams to boost engagement and brand visibility.

You will monitor trends, optimize posts for reach, track metrics, and support digital campaigns. Excellent Arabic and strong English are required, with experience in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Formación

• Strong social media expertise including SMM and content creation.
• Understanding of broader digital marketing and integrated campaigns.
• Arabic native or fluent; strong English proficiency.
• Experience with major platforms and social media management tools.
• Ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into improvements.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail across formats.
• Experience in fast-paced hybrid environments.
