Job summary

Doha Bank in Qatar seeks an experienced Arabic Legal Assistant (Male) for a full-time, on-site role to support the legal team and ensure timely handling of documents.

You will draft, translate, and review legal materials in Arabic and English, manage files and contracts, and coordinate with authorities and external counsel. Fluency in both languages and solid banking knowledge are required. Salary ranges from QAR5,000 to QAR10,000 monthly.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of legal documentation and administrative processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience in litigation, trial management and/or prosecutions.
• Knowledge of structure and jurisdiction of courts, and function of enforcement authorities.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and translate legal documents and correspondence in Arabic and English.
• Maintain legal files, records, and contract databases.
• Assist in preparing legal submissions and regulatory documentation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports as required.
• Coordinate with government authorities, external legal counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Track legal deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents.
• Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
