Qatar Airways Group is seeking a Network Support Airport Services Manager for Ground Services Department in Doha. The role focuses on safe, compliant, cost-effective airport operations, providing operational support and ensuring readiness for new stations with proper start-up arrangements.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with providers and regulators, driving process improvements, and ensuring service delivery meets KPIs during assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in airport operations or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
• Budgeting and reporting proficiency.
• Managerial ability to delegate and manage workflow.

Responsibilities

• Monitor station readiness and plan for contingency in operational start-up.
• Liaise with service providers, authorities and regulators to ensure standards.
• Support development of business plans and project analyses for station initiatives.
• Ensure start-up kits and Local Emergency Response Plan are in place for new stations.
