Job summary

STATERA Middle East is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join a strategic 1-year project in Qatar. You will design, build, test, and deploy AI solutions in real-world environments, with a focus on Generative AI and LLM-based applications.

Candidates must translate business requirements into scalable AI systems, optimize prompts, evaluate models, and collaborate with stakeholders to integrate solutions into production.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in AI Engineering / Machine Learning
• Strong practical experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Strong knowledge of AI/LLM evaluation and testing methodologies
• Experience building and deploying end-to-end AI solutions
• Ability to translate business use cases into working AI applications
• Strong understanding of model performance, validation, and real-world AI use cases
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with modern AI/LLM frameworks and APIs
• Good communication skills in English
