Job summary

NES Fircroft in Doha, Qatar is seeking an AI portfolio manager to lead the establishment and operation of the AI capability, bridging business needs with innovative AI solutions to maximise value. This 3-month contract role offers exposure to cutting-edge enterprise AI programmes and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in digital or AI enablement, strong governance and stakeholder management, and proven portfolio leadership across AI transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, or AI enablement with leadership of AI initiatives.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI platforms and Generative AI technologies.
• Understanding of AI governance, licensing, adoption framework and responsible AI principles.
• Experience in business process automation and AI-driven operational transformation.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Portfolio management experience including AI transformation programmes and PMO activities.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and executive reporting capabilities.

Required Skills

• Proven expeirence of 5 to 8 years in Digitial Transformation, Business Transformation, or AI Enblement, including at least 2-3 years of leading AI initiatives.
• Deep understanding of enterprise AI platforms and Generative AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude and emerging AI tools.
• Strong grasp of AI governance, licensing models, adoption framework, and responsible AI principles.
• Expertise in business process automation, workflow optimisation and AI driven operational transformation.
• Excellent business consulting, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Strong portfolio management experience, including AI transformation programmes, PMO activities, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business functions.
• Advanced presentation, facilitation, workshop management, and executive reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience working within an AI centre of excellence, AI office, Digital Transformation office, or Enterprise Innovation function.
• Experience evaluating emerging AI technologies and recommending enterprise adoption strategies based on business value, governance, licensing, security and operational impact.
• Experience cordinating AI initiatives with external technology partners, system integrators, or enterprise AI vendors.
• Relevant certifications in AI, Digital Transformation,Project Management, Business Analysis, or Change management are considered an advantage.

Contract Period - This is 3 month contractual role.
