Job summary

Qatar Airways is seeking an experienced AEM Technical Lead to drive development and management of websites and applications using Adobe Experience Manager. You will lead architectural work, mentor teams, and guide cloud transformation initiatives to deliver scalable, secure digital experiences.

Role requires hands-on AEM expertise (5+ years), experience with AEM Cloud, Cloud Manager, and cross-platform Adobe tech.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in Ecommerce / Digital solutions for scalable systems.
AEM expertise with leading development teams in enterprise environments.
Experience migrating to AEM Cloud (AEMaaCS) and cloud services.
Expertise in Adobe Cloud Manager, CI/CD pipelines, quality gates, and deployment troubleshooting.
Knowledge of cross-platform architecture within Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Target, Analytics).
Strong Java, HTML5, CSS3, JSON, XML, and frontend scripting skills.

Responsibilities

Provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership for AEM Sites.
Draft high-level AEM solution specifications focusing on integration, performance, and feasibility.
Collaborate with developers, architects, and product owners for high-quality implementations.
Enforce best practices and code quality gates to avoid technical debt.
Mentor engineering teams and drive cloud innovation across streams using Adobe Cloud Manager.
Assist Product Owners with solution architecture, documenting assumptions, and estimating effort.
Design and implement robust external integrations (APIs, GraphQL) with AEM while ensuring security and compliance.
