Job summary

ILM Education Consultants represents a prestigious school in Doha seeking an Admissions Assistant for a February/June 2025 start. You will be the first point of contact for admissions enquiries and support the end-to-end admissions process.

Based at the Prep School with hours 7:00–15:00 Sun–Wed and 7:00–14:00 Thu during term time; out of term you may work at the Central Office. A proactive administrator with strong English and MOEHE familiarity is ideal.

Qualifications

• Excellent English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Arabic language understanding is desirable.
• Experience in a school environment is desirable.
• Experience with MOEHE is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for Admissions enquiries, by phone, in person and on email.
• Coordinate the Admissions process from enquiry through to enrolment, collaborating with other key parties as required.
• Ensure follow up of all enquiries, visits, registrations and offers.
• Maintain pupil records in the school’s MIS – iSAMS.
• Follow up with MOEHE documentation for registration (NSIS).
• Plan Admissions interviews and testing on site and overseas.
• Provide administrative assistance to Academic Heads and the Registrar.
• Work with the admin team to ensure smooth tours and reception coverage.
