Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes; issue, open and serve wine/champagne bottles.
• Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables and tools; prepare garnishes.
• Stock ice, glassware and paper supplies; transport supplies to bar set-up area; wash glassware.
• Process all payment methods; count bank at end of shift; balance cashier reports; secure bank.
• Follow safety policies and protect company assets; welcome guests and maintain professional communication.

Education

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
