Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. is seeking a Full-Time Food & Beverage teammate at our Doha property. You will handle cashier duties, take orders, prepare beverages, and maintain clean, well-stocked service areas throughout the shift.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service skills, and the ability to follow The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment in Doha, Qatar.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• No related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas and equipment.
• Input orders into the cash register system and collect payment.
• Take orders, record in MICROS system, prepare food and coffee beverages.
• Ensure appliances are turned on/off as needed and maintain cleanliness of areas.
• Assist servers and guests, uphold safety and security policies.
