The Position:

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of working capital forecasts and perform variance analysis against actual results.
  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting of key metrics, including: DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), DPO (Days Payable Outstanding), DIO (Days Inventory Outstanding), CCC (Cash Conversion Cycle), CCNWC (Cash Conversion Net Working Capital).
  • Investigate drivers impacting working capital performance and provide insights to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Finance, FP&A, Operations) to gather data and validate assumptions.
  • Prepare trend analysis and dashboards to monitor performance over time.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing working capital management.
  • Participate in ad‑hoc projects related to forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts); knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with financial statements and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Self‑starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
