Job summary

Muehlhan Wind Service is seeking an experienced Wind Turbine Technician (Enercon) to join our international projects. The role involves installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Enercon wind turbines across multiple sites, with assignments worldwide on a 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation.

You will work within an international, safety-focused team, reading technical docs, complying with OEM and safety standards, and traveling internationally as project needs require.

Qualifications

• Electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems expertise.
• Enercon project experience mandatory.
• Electrical or mechanical degree preferred.
• English at B1/B2 level or higher.
• Ability to diagnose faults and adhere to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on wind turbines.
• Support commissioning and operational activities.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults.
• Follow OEM procedures and safety standards.
• Read and interpret technical documentation and work instructions.

Wind Turbine Technician (Enercon)

We are looking for experienced Wind Turbine Technicians with Enercon Experience to join our international projects worldwide.

This role offers the opportunity to work in diverse environments across multiple countries, supporting the installation, maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting of wind turbine systems while contributing directly to the expansion of renewable energy globally.

About The Role

The Wind Turbine Technician is responsible for performing technical activities on wind turbines, ensuring all work is carried out according to technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Working as part of an international team, the successful candidate will support the delivery of wind energy projects around the world, helping to maximize turbine performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities on wind turbines.

• Execute technical interventions following OEM procedures and safety standards.
• Read and interpret technical documentation, manuals, and work instructions.

• Report technical findings and completed work accurately and in a timely manner.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and efficient project delivery.

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

• Strong knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, and Hydraulic systems.
• Previous experience in Enercon projects is mandatory.
• Electrical or Mechanical academic background is considered an advantage.
• English language skills with a minimum level of B1/B2.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and professional standards.
• Ability to work effectively within international and multicultural teams.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally according to project needs.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
