Siemens Energy is seeking a skilled welder to join the Welding Technology team. You will operate mechanized welding equipment and interpret blueprints to deliver high-quality welds across Europe.

The role emphasizes safety, EHS compliance, and collaboration with a global team. Candidates bring ISO/ASME welding certifications (GTAW/141, GMAW/135, SMAW/111) and more than three years of relevant experience in power plant environments, with good English communication.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• You will perform technical weldings, operating mechanized welding equipment to meet project demands while ensuring adherence to specified welding procedures and parameters.
• Collaborate with your team to read and interpret welding blueprints, instructions, drawings, and specifications, ensuring precise execution of welding tasks.
• Enforce Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies on-site, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and procedures.
• Perform high-quality welds on various materials, including heat-resistant steel (such as P91), Ni-basic alloys, and cast iron, demonstrating your expertise in handling complex welding tasks.
• Support global welding service activities, sharing your knowledge and skills with colleagues across regions, and fostering a collaborative environment to ensure projects are completed on time

What You Bring

• You have over three years of experience as a qualified/certified welder in power plant applications or similar industrial environments.
• Your valid welding certifications (ISO/ASME or similar) in GTAW/141, GMAW/135, and SMAW/111 demonstrate your technical welding expertise.
• You possess o set up and operate welding equipment according to instructions, ensuring optimal performance and quality in your work.
• Your ability to process various alloys and materials, including heat-resistant steel and grey cast iron, sets you apart.
• You are committed to following safety guidelines and procedures while effectively communicating with welding supervisors and team members.,
• Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate with welding supervisors, managers, and coworkers, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere, requiring least B1 level of English.
