Emma – The Sleep Company in Lisbon is seeking a proactive website manager to own content, promotions and product publishing for the Emma online store.

You will work on regional projects, AB tests and UX improvements, collaborating with an international team to enhance site performance and user experience while maintaining brand consistency across markets. Fluent English is required, Portuguese classes are offered.

Qualificações

• Experience managing an online store/website (Shopify/WordPress/ContentStack/Magento) is preferred.
• Experience in product management and stakeholder management is preferred.
• Fast learner with a user-centric mindset; able to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Analytical and curious mindset; fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and improve Emma's online store content.
• Set up weekly and monthly promotions on the store.
• Publish new products and edit current portfolio.
• Collaborate on regional projects (AB tests, UX optimizations, new landing pages).
• Aim to improve website performance.
