The Social Hub is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join our vibrant Porto team. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve meals and keep the floor running smoothly with confidence and warmth.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in hospitality or a strong willingness to learn, plus excellent English and Portuguese communication. You’ll thrive in a dynamic, multinational environment with great team spirit and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests with energy and make them feel at ease.
• Take orders, serve dishes and share menu recommendations.
• Keep the floor running smoothly and anticipate needs.
• Communicate with bar and kitchen to ensure orders land correctly.
• Handle questions and small issues with calm, friendly problem solving.
• Maintain a clean, organised station and assist teammates as needed.
• Support colleagues during busy moments and contribute to a great team rhythm.

• You have a natural feel for hospitality and love creating good moments
• You bring 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, or strong enthusiasm to learn
• You havegreat communicationskills and enjoy connecting with people
• You manage multiple tasks without losing your cool
• You speak English and Portuguese; any extra languages are a plus
• You take pride in a clean, professional appearance
• You bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a supportive team
