We are a busy restaurant located in Braga seeking a friendly and experienced WaiterWaitress to join our team This is a part-time position with flexible hours and does not include accommodation We are open to candidates with their own visa

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers taking their orders and serving food and drinks
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and making menu recommendations
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and assist with openingclosing duties
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Follow all restaurant policies and procedures for safety sanitation and appearance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a waiterwaitress or in a similar customer service role
• Knowledge of food and drink menu items including any allergies or dietary restrictions
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Food safety certification or training
• Familiarity with POS systems for order-taking and payment processing

Salary $1800 per month based 20 hours per week
