We are looking for an experienced waiter with a passion for service and a desire to provide our guests with a great experience. An all round function that includes both mise en place and set up, all the way to service and closing activities in one of our outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Proper table setting according to Vila Joya standards
• Handling of fine china, silverware, and glassware and any table decoration with care
• Mise en place organisation and anticipation
• Develop a strong understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation techniques and wine pairings
• Serving and clearing techniques for multi-course meals in a fine dining setting
• Maintain a clean and orderly dining area throughout service
• Handling special requests, dietary requests & adaptations
• Professional guest communication and body language
• Provide attentive and discreet service
