Decskill is growing its IT infrastructure team, offering opportunities in a collaborative environment across Lisbon, Porto, and Madrid. The role focuses on maintaining and optimizing large-scale infrastructure, VMware virtualization, backup/recovery platforms, and enterprise systems.

You will join a team that values reliability, teamwork, and hands-on problem solving. We seek candidates with at least two years in infrastructure roles, strong communication, and willingness to be on-call.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience in infrastructure/system administration roles.
• Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization (vSphere, ESXi).
• Experience with backup and recovery platforms (e.g., Dell PPDM or equivalent).
• Good understanding of datacenter environments (servers, storage, networking basics).
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring (servers, network, storage).
• Familiarity with enterprise environments and large-scale infrastructures.
• Availability for on-call / standby rotations.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
