Contract & Logistics

Job Type: On-Site

Contract Type: 2-month training agreement followed by a 1-year fixed-term contract (FTC) with a 30-day probation period.

Responsibilities

• Review online advertisements within the streaming service platform.
• Remove inappropriate or non-compliant content as per project guidelines.
• Ensure ads are tailored to the appropriate target audience.
• Example: Remove soda ads under legislation for children below 12 years old.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (mandatory).
• No prior experience required. However, content moderation experience (up to 12 months) is considered a plus.
• Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating schedule.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly language premium bonus: 235
• Meal allowance: 7.63 per working day (net payment via meal card).
• Annual transportation bonus: 720
• Yearly target bonus: 5% of the yearly gross base salary.
• Total estimated monthly salary: ~1,400 + additional benefits.
• Health insurance, life insurance, and family plan (including spouse/legal partner and children).

• Assistance with necessary bureaucratic processes (NIF, NISS).
• Help finding accommodation tailored to the candidates needs.
