Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities

• Moderation of written content - usually related to potential fraude or
• Review and process incoming legal requests
• E.g. Legal Requests related to privacy claims, defamation, fraud, falsification
• Understand and remain up to date with client\'s policies and guidelines
• Review the request within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; Maximum until 12 months experience within Content Moderation
• Good understanding of KPI\'S; metrics FCR, SLA, CSAT
