VML Enterprise Solutions ищет талантливого product designer для крупного автомобильного клиента. Qualificações

• Опыт работы как продукт-дизайнер от UX-стратегии до высокодетализированного UI.

• Уверенное владение Figma для масштабируемых файлов и проектов.
• Понимание адаптивного дизайна для веб, мобильных и встроенных интерфейсов.
• Способность вести дизайн в условиях динамичной и требовательной среды.
• Умение ясно коммуницировать решения дизайна техническим и нетехническим аудиториям.

Responsabilidades

• Формирование цифровых продуктов и сервисов для крупного автомобильного клиента; определение пользовательских маршрутов и моделей взаимодействия.
• Ведение дизайн-мышления в сложных, неопределённых задачах и формирование направления продукта.
• Управление заинтересованными сторонами из разных сфер: продукт, маркетинг, инженерия, брендинг.
• Создание качественных артефактов дизайна: интерактивные прототипы, презентации и визуальные материалы.
• Перевод данных исследований в практические выводы для дизайна.

It works with partners such as Adobe, AWS, Braze, Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, and Shopify to deliver tailored growth solutions.

Задачи

• Shape digital products and services end-to-end for a major automotive client; Define user journeys and interaction models for vehicle configuration tools; Refine visual design for in-car displays, micro-interactions for connected services, and component behavior for customer apps;
• Lead design thinking across complex and ambiguous problem spaces; Frame complex problems, define clear opportunities, and actively shape product direction;
• Manage stakeholders across various disciplines including product, marketing, engineering, and brand;
• Create high-quality design artifacts including interactive prototypes, presentations, and visual assets;
• Translate user research and data into actionable insights to drive design decisions.

Требования

• Proven ability to operate as an end-to-end product designer, transitioning between UX strategy, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI execution;
• Strong experience working with complex, tokenized design systems and component architecture;
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for scalable, well-structured design files;
• Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles for web, mobile, and in-car interfaces;
• Ability to lead design within complex, fast-paced environments with evolving requirements;
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences;
• Nice to have: Automotive sector experience, experience working across multiple brands and visual identities.
