A progressive real estate firm in Portugal is seeking a highly motivated Market Expansion Manager to scale their presence across the USA. This role involves managing market licensing, recruiting anchor agents, and supporting growth. The ideal candidate has extensive sales and headhunting experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping agents succeed. We’re hiring a highly motivated Market Expansion Manager to join Relive as we enter our next phase of nationwide exponential growth across the USA. In this role, you’ll help scale our presence from 6 to 50 states across America by leading key initiatives from licensing to agent recruitment and local leadership development.

This is a paced, driven role where your results directly impact the company’s success. You’ll have autonomy, clear targets, and the chance to see your work translate into measurable growth.
You’ll work closely with the Founders: Chief Executive Officer and Chief Sales Officer, to identify potential markets, recruit the first anchor agents (top producers), and help us build local leadership teams (market leads) from the ground up.
