Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Web Designer to create meaningful, engaging, and beautiful user experiences and interfaces for institutional web pages, landing pages and e‑commerce sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design processes, from user research and concept development to prototyping and final implementation.
• Extensively interact with customers during discovery and other design phases.
• Conduct workshops to define requirements.
• Create high‑quality wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that translate requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to align on goals, design vision, and implementation.
• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback, testing results, and analytics.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, tools and best practices to push the team’s innovation.
• Create digital experiences from scratch and deliver high‑impact design solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a web designer with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work.
• Expertise in Figma or relevant design tools.
• Strong experience in motion, visuals, and branding.
• Strong experience conducting workshops to define requirements and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English to articulate design decisions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong experience applying feedback to improve designs.
• Solid understanding of design principles to create intuitive functionalities, delightful interactions and animations, robust information architecture, rich user interfaces, page layout, composition and typography skills.
• Deep understanding of design systems, user‑centered design principles and interaction design.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Unconventional ideas, eye for detail.

Preferred Skills

• Rapidly sketch ideas in various media, words or graphics, on a whiteboard or programmatically.
• Experience with Webflow/WordPress.
• Talent for data visualization and infographics.
• Ability to create digital illustrations or motion graphic animations.
• Mock‑up and prototype work digitally and physically.
• Maintain design consistency and coherence across projects; argue when exceptions should be made.
• Present and pitch own work.

Compensation
