Executive Connect Qatar is seeking a Unity Developer to join the team in Almada, Portugal. You will build and maintain high-quality games using the Unity engine and C#, collaborating with designers and artists to craft engaging gameplay.

We are a dynamic and innovative game development company, seeking a skilled Unity Developer to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Unity Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality games for various platforms using the Unity game engine.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new gameplay features and systems using C# within the Unity engine
• Collaborate with designers and artists to create engaging gameplay experiences
• Optimize game performance by identifying and fixing bugs and bottlenecks
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve game quality
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members
• Work closely with project managers and team members to deliver projects within given timelines

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Unity Developer or similar role
• Proficient in C# programming language
• Strong understanding of the Unity game engine, including scripting, textures, animation, GUI styles, and user session management
• Experience with mobile platforms (iOS/Android) is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of 3D modeling software (e.g. Maya, Blender) is a plus
