Cross Border Talents is seeking an entry-level Ukrainian–English Translator to join our Lisbon-based customer support team. This on-site role offers €1,200 gross per month and relocation support for eligible candidates.

You will translate between Ukrainian-speaking customers and English-speaking colleagues to ensure accurate, confidential, and helpful communications. The successful candidate will have native or fluent Ukrainian, strong English skills, and basic computer literacy.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Ukrainian (C2 level or equivalent).
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid Portuguese residence card with work authorization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Translate Ukrainian–English for customer support communications, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Serve as the communication bridge between Ukrainian-speaking customers and English-speaking colleagues.
• Assist customers with inquiries and issue resolution through accurate translation.
• Support the customer experience by enabling clear, timely, and professional interactions.
