The role involves performing various testing types, documenting results, and continuous improvement of testing processes. Candidates need a relevant Bachelor’s Degree and good communication skills. Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Business Engineering / Business Technology) or in software-related technology.
• Insurance domain knowledge/certifications is an advantage.
• Fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Perform functional, manual, and E2E testing by executing defined test cases.
• Document outputs thoroughly and report any discrepancies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of test cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Business Engineering / Business Technology) or in software-related technology (BCA/MCA/MS)
• Insurance domain knowledge/certifications – will be an advantage
• Testing tools – Quality Centre (HP QC/ALM), JIRA, Confluence is only desirable
• Scrum & Agile knowledge, is beneficial but not mandatory
• Good communication skills with the ability to elicit, question, probe and challenge others across the organization
• Fluently in Italian language (written and spoken)
• Fluently in English language (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, manual, and E2E testing by executing defined test cases and ensuring accurate recording of results in TFS or JIRA
• Document outputs thoroughly, identify edge cases, and report any discrepancies between expected and actual application behavior
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of test cases by suggesting optimization opportunities
• Support the Test Leader by providing all necessary information to monitor testing activities

Conditions

• Hybrid work, 3 days per week in the office (flexible)
• Direct contract with the client.
