Job Description

As a Travel & Expenses Coordinator, you will be responsible for your team’s coordination, ensuring that all tasks rendered are performed according with service level agreement for various Infineon legal entities. Moreover, you will actively communicate with other colleagues in order to ensure an efficient and timely process.

• Be responsible for team management-related tasks, such as supporting the setup of yearly targets, evaluating analysts’ performance and development, coaching and training the teams, and supporting team members in projects
• Monitor the team's performance and workload, and elevate issues to local teams
• Be involved with the overall coordination of team-related topics
• Check the execution of customer requests while harmonizing and implementing new processes
• Frequently exchange information with all internal customers and report to the management

Your Profile

You have a great sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times, which allows you to solve problems, always focusing on quality. You are capable of working effectively under pressure, utilizing your ability to prioritize to achieve our goal of excellence. Furthermore, your excellent communication skills enable you to quickly establish successful cooperation with others.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or a similar field of studies
• At least 5 years of experience in Travel & Expenses Coordination or Accounting field
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with SAP / Concur and/or Service Now is welcome
• Fluency in English (mandatory) – German is an advantage
