As a Travel Administration Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting Essity’s global travel operations. Based in Lisbon, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient processes, accurate documentation, and seamless project execution. You’ll be the go‑to person for credit card administration, onboarding activities, and compliance monitoring, helping drive continuous improvement and stakeholder alignment.

Project Coordination: Organize timelines, access requirements, and team responsibilities across global initiatives.
Credit Card Administration: Act as the main contact for providers and Corporate Treasury, supporting transitions and issue resolution.
Process Documentation: Create and maintain guides for travel administration workflows.
System Access Management: Manage access rights and role assignments across platforms.
Compliance Monitoring: Track overdue transactions and coordinate follow‑ups to ensure audit readiness.
Onboarding & Expansion: Support onboarding activities and expansion into new countries and company codes.
Cross‑Team Collaboration: Work with HR, Finance, Tax, and other teams to align processes and drive improvements.
University degree or equivalent business understanding
Minimum 5 years’ experience in business environments, ideally in project coordination or shared services
Familiarity with Concur and Workday is a plus; ability to learn systems quickly is essential
Organized, proactive, and solution‑oriented with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
