CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services is seeking a Hybrid LMS Administrator in Lisbon to oversee training needs delivery, onboard regulated hires, manage LMS/DMS, and support PST-related training activities. The role collaborates with QA, HR, and multiple departments to ensure training SOPs are followed and certificates are transferred to the eTMF.

The candidate will coordinate CTI University lecture series, market sessions to staff, and help maintain CTI University SharePoint with HR.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with all departments to identify and coordinate the delivery of training needs.
• Function as an LMS administrator and facilitate onboarding of regulated new hires; maintain credentials; manage courses and DMS documents; close Helpdesk tickets.
• Act as Project Specific Training LMS administrator: create PST groups in the eTMF, set up PST courses, configure departments, connect users to PST department, ensure transfer of completion certificates.
• Provide user support for PST Helpdesk tickets and serve as a resource for Training and Development Associate.
• Coordinate CTI University Lecture Series and market training sessions to employees.
• Maintain CTI University SharePoint site with HR and Training and Development teams.
• Conduct organization-wide training needs assessments to identify skills gaps.
• Communicate with Director-level staff to ensure policy implementation and act as a resource; collaborate with QA to revise Training SOPs.
• Conduct follow-up on completed trainings to measure results.
