CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services in Portugal is seeking an organized administrative assistant to support letter drafting, summaries, reports, and minutes using Word, Access, and Excel. You will also prepare client binders and assist with research and data entry.

The role emphasizes proofreading, creating training materials with PowerPoint, front desk coverage, and flexible duties as assigned by a supervisor. A Bachelor's degree in allied health or business fields is preferred.

Qualificações

• Previous related work experience in an administrative role.
• Bachelor's degree in allied health fields such as nursing, pharmacy, or natural science.
• Bachelor's degree in business related fields such as marketing, communications, or finance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in organizing, composing, and producing professional letters, summaries, reports, and minutes using MS Word, Access and Excel.
• Proofread documents ensuring grammar, spelling, and punctuation are correct.
• Assist in developing capability and training presentations using PowerPoint.
• Create professional binders for distribution to clients.
• Perform research and summarize articles on companies or products.
• Assist in data entry, filing, and front desk / phone coverage.
• Assist with any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
