Job summary

Jeronimo Martins Polska S.A. invites you to join its Trainee Programme in Lisbon. You will rotate across departments to explore interests, with a tutor supporting your integration, development and progress while you gain exposure to our retail business.

The program includes development initiatives and site visits, plus continuous feedback and mentorship to help you grow. You should be completing or have recently completed a Master’s degree in a relevant field and be fluent in Portuguese and

• Master’s degree completed or in progress in Management, Hospitality, Economics, Finance, Marketing or STEM fields.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
• Strong desire for continuous learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Complete two rotations across different departments to explore areas and interests.
• Have a tutor during each rotation to support integration, development and progress.
• Participate in development initiatives and site visits to gain hands-on exposure to the business.
• Engage in a structured trainee program with ongoing feedback, guidance and mentorship.
