Guerlain in Portugal is seeking a Trade Marketing & Visual Merchandising Specialist to drive local activations and brand presence across roughly 180 points of sale. You will manage retail campaigns, POS materials, and merchandising deployment, collaborating with the Marketing Director and retail teams to maximize sell-out and visibility.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in trade marketing/VM, strong execution, and fluency in Portuguese and English.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and at least 3 years in Trade Marketing.
• Experience coordinating retail activations and visual merchandising.
• Strong execution, hands-on approach and solution-oriented mindset.
• Collaborates with marketing, retail teams and external suppliers.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; proficient with MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate local trade marketing plan across ~180 POS in Portugal.
• Lead in-store and out-of-store executions for brand launches and campaigns.
• Manage POS materials, planograms and VM guidelines across retail enviroments.
• Oversee supplier coordination for merchandising materials and VM elements.
• Support local events and retail animations to boost brand visibility.
• Track ROI and KPIs of activations to inform future decisions.
