We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Trade Marketing Specialist to drive the implementation of our brand and category strategies across key markets. This role bridges the gap between marketing and sales, ensuring perfect in-store execution, visibility, and commercial impact. The Specialist also manages the execution of annual brand plans directly with distributors in each country, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and local market needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with brand and sales objectives;
  • Manage day-to-day coordination with local distributors to ensure excellent in-store execution;
  • Plan and conduct market visits periodically (around one trip per month, 8–12 trips per year on average) to monitor brand visibility and execution;
  • Manage activation calendars, promotional plans, and point-of-sale materials for all channels (modern trade, traditional trade, on-trade, etc.);
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and ROI-driven execution;
  • Analyse market trends, shopper insights, and competitor activity to optimize trade investments;
  • Monitor performance of trade activities and recommend improvements based on KPIs;
  • Lead coordination with agencies and suppliers for POS materials, events, and merchandising;
  • Support budget management and monthly tracking of A&P spend.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
  • 3–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in FMCG or beverages;
  • Strong analytical mindset and commercial acumen;
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills;
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus);
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
